under 13's Ben Clough & Mike Ehlen were 25th and 30th in 10.38 and
10.45 respectively. Sara McLoughlin & Kim Bridge took 49th and 55th

Liverpool & District League: November 22
The L&D continues to go from bad to worse with the senior
men's race starting up to four minutes early, leaving several
athletes struggling to make the start line on time. Chris
Geraghty and Steve Mayers led the club home supported by Greg
Williams, Barry "I missed the start" Graney, Ian White,
Ian Hayburn, Ray Vose and Phil Robinson. The
team took fifth place and are third overall with one match to go. Although the senior men's race remain vaguely
attractive the purpose of the L&D appears to have evaporated and, for younger
age groups at least, there are other more relevant competitions which the
Committee will be considering.
